Love my new espresso maker!

I just received my new Espresso Maker and it's fantastic! It looks so sleek on my counter, and the coffee it makes is rich and delicious. I was a bit nervous about making my first espresso, but it was really easy to use. The instructions were clear. I'm so glad I finally decided to treat myself to a proper one. This has totally elevated my mornings. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves coffee!

Good saucepan, fast shipping

I ordered a 2L saucepan. It arrived quickly, well-packed. Quality feels solid. Very happy with the purchase. It's exactly what I needed for my kitchen.

Ingenio set is so handy

I grabbed an Ingenio set a few weeks back, the one with the detachable handle, and it's been a game changer for my small kitchen. No more pan handles sticking out everywhere. The pans cook evenly, and cleanup was super easy. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Florida, which felt pretty standard. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

Quick delivery, good product

Bought a new wok. Arrived fast, in about 4 days. Cooked with it last night, heated up evenly. Happy with the purchase.

Got a new knife set

So I finally got around to getting a proper Knife Block Set from them. You know, tired of my old dull ones. It came pretty fast, like, quicker than I thought it would. The knives are super sharp, which is nice. They feel good in my hand, not flimsy or anything. My old set was a mess, so this is a huge upgrade. Definitely glad I went for it. Makes cooking a lot less annoying.

Solid value on the Ingenio

I was looking for new non-stick pans and found the Ingenio Induction set. I wasn't sure about the detachable handle at first, but it's actually pretty clever and saves space. The price point was good, especially considering it was a full set. I compared it to a few other brands, and this felt like the best bang for my buck. Shipping was free, which always helps with the budget. Everything came well-packed, and the pans have been great for cooking without anything sticking. Definitely felt like a smart purchase and worth the money.

Another great cookware purchase

This was my third time ordering from Lagostina directly. I got the 3-Ply Stainless Steel Fry Pan, and just like my previous purchases (a saucepan and a pressure cooker), it didn't disappoint. The quality is consistent; these pans hold up really well over time and distribute heat evenly. Shipping was reliable, arriving within the estimated timeframe. I appreciate that their products are always exactly as described online. It's why I keep coming back when I need to upgrade or add to my kitchen tools. They've earned my trust.

Good pot, but packaging could improve

I ordered a Sfiziosa casserole dish after seeing it online. The pot itself is really nice, very sturdy and it cooks food evenly, which I appreciated. It arrived within the estimated shipping window, about 7 business days. However, the packaging was a bit minimal for such a heavy item; the box had a small dent, though luckily the pot wasn't damaged. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, which was a plus. I do think they could use a bit more padding for shipping, especially for cast iron or heavier pieces. Still, the casserole is performing well, so I'm mostly satisfied with the purchase.

Decent stock pot, minor shipping issue

I bought the 8L Stock Pot for making soups and stews. The pot itself is excellent quality, heavy-duty stainless steel, and heats evenly. It's induction compatible, which was a must for me. The price felt fair for the quality. Shipping was a bit slower than I hoped; it took a full week to arrive, and the outer box was slightly dented, though the pot inside was fine. Customer service was helpful when I called to inquire about the delivery status. Overall, a good product, just wish shipping was a touch faster and the packaging more robust.

Satisfied with my new bakeware

I purchased a Lagostina Bakeware Set last week. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and the site was easy to navigate. Shipping took about 5 business days to reach my home in Calgary, which was reasonable. Everything arrived securely packaged, no dents or scratches. I've already used the cookie sheets and muffin tin; they cleaned up well and seem quite durable. The non-stick surface worked as expected. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a good experience for new kitchen items.
